Horrible service

I've been whit Banfield for more than 3 decades, I've a little puppy and each time i consider her there I've to hold back atleast 1-hour or even more is terrible, they usually inform me-she is truly healthful however they discover some new process they have to do everytime and that I finished of spending some cash what exactly my insurance policy? …. And also the additional evening i got her plus they explained I'd to fall her off cause they didnt possess a Vet offered at the full time, and so I abandon her ther at 8am and at 1pm i named them-and they stated these were hectic however they will begin whit her the moment they could…. What??? …. They're so unprofesional…. Unvelibable
