Purchased new born yorki, tea cup at 8 wks old with Neurological deficit a hereditary problem

I purchased a yorki tea cup which was born on 1-20-09 from Premium Breeders, formerly Breeders Direct based in Florida. This puppy was bred by Flores Kennels in Lebanon Mo. Which supplies the dogs to Premium Breeders. I purchased the pup on 3-7-09 and it was delivered to me by Tony Flores on 3-19-09. I Paid $1791.00 for the puppy with a guarantee of replacement of eaqual value should the puppy die. At age 5 months the puppy began falling on its face and unable to stand or walk without falling.in July 09 the vet treated her and stated the puppy had disk spondgilits.in Nov 09 the puppy regained the ability to wald without falling. On Feb 28 the puppy started falling and could not walk or move its limbs at all. An emergancy call was made to the vet who checked her out and stated she suffered from Neurological deficit, Irregular heart rate, cervical Nerve damage, wobbler syndrome which is hereditary. He stated the nerve system had shut down and the brain stem would shut down the muscle for breathing. She died 24 hours later. This was all my wife and I had. We love our dogs as if they are children. Now the breeders will not honor the guarantee as stated in writing. Other complaints has also been made.
