Deceptive Practices

Karan Aurelius was hired to show my sheltie for me. Required payment up front and then did not show or provide services paid for. My sheltie came home tramutized, would not come out of her crate for 4 days, she had a kidney infection and had not been groomed for show. No head trimming, feet trimmin, & her teeth had not been cleaned in 2 months. Despite the many request for her to return all the supplies sent with my sheltie she ignored all emails and phone call. She is known to be very heavy handed on shelties which can not take being mishandled. She also came home with a great fear of stroms, which makes me think that she was left outside on a regular basis. Karan was paid WELL and in advance for services she did not render... Beware of her practices. Now I know why many sheltie exhibitors will not use her. I have worked with my girl for months now to get her to back to normal.
