Misdiagnosed a terminal illness

Our favorite tiny Yorkie held being swollen and tired. I'd set him on the calorie-reduced diet to assist him slim down. No real matter what I did so, he remained swollen. Lastly, his problem caused me to consider him to Leave Dunes. The document explained he was overweight and that I had a need to quit providing him a lot of snacks. I discussed that used to do not provide him snacks, but he didn't slim down anyway. He fat nearly 14 lbs that trip to the vet. Fundamentally, my favorite collapsed and that I got him towards the nearby emergency vet in the centre of the night time. That vet got one take a look at him and stated "congestive heart failure — he's saturated in liquid". He died that evening. I dislike the vet at Desert Dunes to be so obtuse regarding suppose that my favorite was simply consuming a lot of, and not examined him for other things. He wasn't overweight at-all; he was saturated in liquid from congestive heart failure, that could have now been handled!!!
