Don't do business with them

I bought 5 ocean fish from Pet Supplies Plus, Airport Freeway shop in Toledo, Ohio. 10-12 days later I observed ich on these fish. I instantly started managing with kich-ich, etc and performing water improvements. I ultimately dropped 17 very costly seafood, such as the 5 fish from PSP.

Originally the supervisor refused they'd ich, but clearly they did. They dropped every salt-water bass they'd because of the ich. I then found out they had a brand new worker who did place copper within the water, but forgot to get the charcoal filter; producing the copper completely inadequate.

The organization office claims the ich originated from my container whilst the bass were stresssed. Well I wonder why their bass were stressed.

I'd never conduct business or suggest Pet Supplies Plus to anybody. They don't take liability for their errors.
