Careless vet

On 9/24/09 I quit two 6-month previous cats, one male plus one feminine at Lee Veterinary Hospital to become neutered. At that time the cats were fallen down I closed a document seeking and permitting a post-operative pain shot for both cats so that they wouldn't maintain pain. Upon picking up the cats late that afternoon I came across while spending the statement the discomfort pictures were NEVER given departing both cats in pain all morning. After facing the staff-they used the pictures having a "were so sorry". I told them that the apology did not alter the truth that their carelessnes was inexcusable and they ought to be apologizing towards the cats because they were those in pain. Then got the kicker: the following day the feminine kitten was LIFELESS. I suppose a homage for their fantastic medical abilities. Four times following the operations they named to determine the way the cats were. I advised them the feminine died overnight and got the conventional "were so sorry". Started initially to let them know which was not adequate enough plus they hung-up on me. Does this seem like a vet you wish to consider your animals or animales to?"RECKLESS AND QUESTIONABLE" doesn't start to explain it. "your dog-you choose".
