Poor service, no explanation

I got my kitten in so that they might take a look at a kind of eruption/reduce / tumor on his foot that had become contaminated (it had been oozing orange fluid). I waited almost 40 units and also the vet offered NO analysis, just that it had been contaminated. (duh-this is exactly why I got him towards the vet). They charged me twice for just two various antibiotics, that we observed later.

The offered me some antibiotic drops and explained the dose. After I returned home to manage the medication, the dropper had another type of dimension than the things they had explained and so I named to ensure I'd transformed the dimension properly. I'll never go back to a Banfield, not really another area. As shown above, the vet, nurse, and corporate workplace does not care at-all concerning the dog or even the client. They did not actually pay attention to a term I mentioned.
