Idearc Media
Dropping advertising in two books

Animals & Birds

2007 a sales person found our company. We thought we would promote within the little East Bay guide as this method provided two free advertisements in publications dispersed to places around where our puppy grooming company is situated. The next year we obtained a notice declaring we're able to restore, with no contact was required until there is likely to be any modifications. Once the 2008 publications arrived on the scene we weren't within the publications that provided us the very best publicity, and also to make things worse there is another puppy grooming company outlined Shampoochie, although not mine. A number of our clients believed we'd gone from company. I named customer support (and that's a laugh) to inform them what their organization did, plus they agreed to provide us web publicity obviously charging us extra cost. I had been really furious, and after much fighting they agreed to provide a credit for that subsequent year of marketing. I told them I'd not need to market together again as this have been the 2nd period they'd all messed up. The initial year of company they screwed-up too. I choose to not spend the statement and today they've passed it to an attorney. I've nothing great to express about that organization
