Neighbor's Bichons grooming

My neighbor's two Bichon's were scalped by Bed and Biscuit Pet Spa on Waugh Drive. My neighbor was walking her two Bichons yesterday and I asked what happened to them??? They were beautiful, well groomed Bichons, who now look as though a child took the clippers and went wild on these poor animals.

My neighbor warned me not to take my Bichon there and I told her she should turn this facility in to the BBB and the Houston authorities. This facility should be shut down before this happens to another poor dog. I shudder to think what her poor Bichons went through and also how other animals are treated in the Day Care and Boarding arena.
