Mean animal

I purchased a horse in the PetStore. It's an extremely mean pet and also the shop wont go back. It increases up the blinds in the home and would go to the toilet. I've to secure my brush so it wont feel it. The shop claims they don't consider monkeys back. The zoo isn't any support! They claim they've enough monkeys currently! Don't purchase any monkeys from these folks! It's a complete ripoff.
