Continue charge on debit card

This company has illegal business practices, I suggest a lawsuit. After using the service, and then following their procedures to cancel my subscription numerous times, over a period of 4 months, they continue to charge me. I also logged on to my account with the card number I used to originally sign up over the phone. Someone elses profile came up altogether. My thought is this company uses your credit card on phony accounts which are set up after your cancellation. This way the finger gets pointed in another direction.
