Unnecessary roughness!

Our unique groomer was on holiday and so I looked the web for anyone to arrived at my house to lick my two 20 lb. Saving pets. I came across this website and talked using the real owner/groomer. There is my 20 lb. Good-natured puppy having a large gouged steel string around her throat, panting extraordinarily difficult, and trembling like I've never-seen her do before.
