Refusal to cancel Wellness Plan!

I registered for Banfield Pet Hosptialis Wellness arrange for my Australian Shepherd. We closed on in December 06.in January 07 my puppy was identified as having cancer and he or she died in February 07. I sent Banfield to stop my plan since my puppy was now-dead and also the plan no further required. They directed me to visit my nearby clinic to stop. I did so that plus they declined! Amazing. Despite the fact that my puppy was lifeless, I still need to purchase this Wellness Program. I'm likely to consider them to small-claims court the following month but I sure want there is a-class action suit to participate. These folks don't have any integrity whatsoever.
