Stay away from this facility!

We boarded our 5-month old pet at Puppy-tel Resort situated in Ocean City Maryland on July 21st and 22nd. Whenever we found get our dog, her infant quilt was missing, a doll was missing, she'd been provided no snacks we'd delivered and he or she had missed meals. Whenever we requested the team what had occurred, we were informed that "these were active. There have been lots of pets there which she got exactly the same acceptable therapy whilst the remainder." The disrespect extended once we were screamed at for facing them-and no apology was handed. We requested for the money-back plus they declined. PLEASE don't deliver your pet for this service.
