No method to contact, product not received

After many efforts to get hold of this company by e-mail, plus one month after having taken care of a dog service, I've neither my product or a reason in the organization. Our charge card was INSTANTLY billed for that product, without any follow-up from Fingers N Feet regarding after I may expect supply of your pet company. There's no telephone number contained in their site, with no customer support contact individual with whom it's possible to contact to go over any issues. The "e-mail us" with any issues area is phony, as no body reacts for your inquiries.

I've approached my charge card organization to get a complete refund.

The corporation is just a fraud and really should be researched.
