I paid this guy, Kevin Jackson, Elite Bulldogs of Texas $5250 for a blue tri female bulldog puppy " Catalina" out of laila and Mickey Blue Eyes. After getting my money be refused to ship the pup over a 6 week period with bogus stories that
1. too hard to get a health certificate - Takes 2-3 days
2. Puppy sick and didn't pass a health certificate
3. Too busy to ship the puppy. Will ship when he feels like it
When I demanded my puppy, he told me that her price just when back up and he needed another $1750.00 if I wanted my puppy
Got $4250 back from PayPal . they told me to contact the FBI regarding internet fraud, which I did
Don't think this puppy ever existed. He's a scam artist. DO NOT SEND HIM ANY MONEY . IT WILL BE GONE
