Help please!

Hello Dear Marc (or measuredup member) I need your help. We work very very hard for our reputation! We have valued and been loyal to MEASURE UP for years now. What can we do to have false complaints removed? Two complaints on your site are very wrongful & I would really like them removed, please please! Here is the link: http://champ-bulldogs-reviews. 1. Strych9 - never contacted us with an issues with his puppy until 2 yrs after purchase. Even though he had no medical proof that this was genetic & our guarantee is ONLY ONE year we STILL sent them a free replacement $3500 puppy yesterday free of charge. Here is his email is his email if you would like to confirm: strych9@q.com. I will also attach a copy of the original purchase contract & the contract we had him sign for the replacement. This will prove to you how truly unfair this review is: (

2. Shellymiller http://usacomplaints.com/user/Shellymiller This is a made up name, not a real person. Possibly another breeder? As for what "they" said we never back out of a deal unless we feel it is unsafe for the puppy or for our relationship with the new owner. Never ever to sell the puppy for more money to someone else. If we ever avoid someones email the ONLY reason would be because they attacked us or because we found out they are not a good home for our puppy. But regardless this isn't even a real person. I checked all my emails & records, never heard the name. I recommend measuredup to everyone for reviews regardless if they are negative or positive because you are fair & honest. You don't put up with false reviews unlike some other review sites that prey of false reviews. Again I thank you for being who you are & please consider my request.
