Defaming a name

There is an insane person supposedly named Natascha,
or set of people that have set up a disgusting
website that displays photos of dead dogs and more importantly,
defames a very nice name by relating it to the breed of a dog,
a highly offensive insult.

I never saw this name as a breed of a
dog in any reference material anywhere. They may be related to
this nazi conspiracy I have filed complaints about or these are
just jealous people bringing down a good name.

Requests have been made, to please close this offensive website
portraying dead dogs and defaming a name in a false way, yet
I get a reply of resistance to bring the site down and it remains
there defaming a nice name.

Again, this is considered a severe insult in some cultures to relate
a name to that of a dog, and these insane people have no regard
for this.
