I just finish talking to Health Net and CVS Caremark about billing problems (Many, many, many times over and over) This call took 59 minutes and 47 seconds and still no result. They promise to call me back later. When I complaint about overcharges they tell me to call Health Net, when I call Health Net, they tell me to call CVS Caremark, nut Caremark will not call Health Net to tell them what the problem is. They are BOTH awful to work with and will not use them again after the year is up. I had unresolved issue about the same medicine in 2009 that I had to go all the way to Maximus Federal Services to finally get a refund (which I have not yet received)
