On 11 September I approached Partserve for Canon Pro9000 print head. Despite there being inventory in Cape Town, I had been informed that since the printer was beyond it is warranty time, I'd need to watch for them to-order a brand new component in (the printing head isn't included in the guarantee, which means this makes small feeling in my experience). I settled R2272.12 for that printing head and established the cost. Per week later it'd not appeared, and following a month of looking to get them to provide I terminated the purchase about the 10th of March. I've been looking to get a reimbursement since. I've never been named back, and that I merely obtain the runaround from Partserve each and every moment I contact. Their employees are usually 'off' that one evening, or 'out to lunchtime', and communications are merely never delivered.
