Haven't received anything

I bought a Yukka 40 litre collapsible container in madnarin and white. I delivered it 26 September and that I maintain a return. I never received any reimbursement. I've sent emails along with a person named SHERYL retains answered and that I have held every one of these. She keeps encouraging to deliver my return without the posatge and reissuing proportion. I've actually called her and requested where my reimbursement is. She apologies and lies once again stating the check is on the road. I still haven'nt received something.
