We were solicited and then pressured into buying a lot in as-yet undeveloped subdivision (they gave us all kinds of reasons and promises as to why we should do this)... We fell for it at the time, and gave them earnist money. After we got home, we realized that we neither wanted the property nor could afford it, which we told them. They not only took our money ($6000!) and refused to give it back, but have hassled us ever since. This is a very bad company, with no intregity at ALL, and-a year later - have continued to keep our money and continually harassed us with ugly letters as well as bills and threats. Beware!
