Complaint / review text:
I paid up front for a reading. I was told, "Hello! Thank you for your order! I will send your reading to you soon, please feel free to write me anytime with the details of your order. I look forward to reading for you! Many blessings, Isabella Clare" in an auto response.
The next day, " Hi! How are you today? Thank you for your order! I have seen your questions yes, ty.
Send me your birthday numbers please also, I will send your reading to you very soon, love, Isabella"
I sent my info soon after.
Then, I receive this note, " Hi! How are you today? I will be sending your reading to you by late tonight, just so you know, talk soon, lovexoIsabella."
So, I sent this, " Good afternoon! I’m doing okay. Thank you again. Sincerely, Heather"
Then next day, I sent this, " Just tell me that you are busy and it will be a couple days instead of string me along. Thanks."
The day after my last message, instead of accepting what happened, she sent me this, " No, that is not what happened.
i developed a migraine last night due to food allergies.
I am very sorry for the delay, please tell me,
I do not string people along and that is not what i did to you either…
I was going to do your reading today after my migraine lifted,
please tell me,
Have i read for you before?
Thank you, Isabella"
Then she sent me this an hour later, " I have issued a full refund. Thru Paypal.
The tone of your letter hurt the connection we had for me to read for you.
My work is sacred to me, i love reading for others and i love helping others,
however I do not tolerate rudeness of any type, or a demanding tone, or
accusations of any type.. those attitudes are destructive in nature.

I responded, " That was quick. My tone. Okay “Isabella”. If that’s how you do business. You can read your own messages about responding to me “very soon” on Nov 7 and then for last evening. I paid immediately, so a simple, I’m not able to read due to a migraine is courtesy instead of this dialogue of talking down to me and playing a self righteous victim. I am the customer and was waiting for a purchase instead receiving what you wrote me. Unprofessional."
So anyone that wants to do business with this lady, beware. You will be treated in this manner when you get dragged along and instead of explaining the cause of delay delay delay, you will get blamed and shut down. This is not the sign of a good practitioner and even if she had "abilities", she asked if she had read for me before which a psychic would know that she had not. To the consumer, you make your own decision, but save your valuable time of waiting and money for someone that actually values you as a client.
