Awful, awful, awful

We'd hired a bedroom collection from their store however the mattress was a queen-size also it didn't easily fit in the area, it had been to big. They arrived and selected it-up, but i didnt contain it the entire month, they named me and explained that I've $ 111.00 credit, after I went there they explained that I really could not get that back until i acquire some thing else. Well I don't like this company. What I did so get from their store they offered it in my experience as fresh when in dee it had been used. All I'd like may be the money-they claim is mine.
