I have been having 36.61 dollars taken from my account which has not been authorised by me to my knowledge. I have tried to contact this company, who say that any enquiry will be answered within 2working days, but to no effect. I have not had any known contact with them and want this to stop. Anyone who has been successful in stopping this please let me know how.
