I am writing on behalf of my Mother and father in Law, Norm and Millie Aanonson in which are in their 80's.

Millie was home alone when a man knocked on her door, he stated that he was with a company called Roadways, and he has extra asphalt left from a another job and wants to repave her driveway for 38.00 dollars. She has ederly hearing so she took this as a great deal. The guys emptied the truck leaving a 12' X 15' unfinished spot at the bottom of the driveway. The guy came to the door demanding payment of 7900.00 dollars. She only had 400.00 in the house so she gave this to him, then made her sign a invoice for promise of payment of 7500.00. I called this guy at the phone no. He gave her and he refuses to speak to us and theatened to lien the home. He wont even give us his address. Is this what they do to get work everyday?
