He contact me via facebook and claimed that my cousin have died in togo (Jacob Foday Mansaray) and that he died in a car crash with his wife and daughter. He claimed that he left a fortune of $ 20.600.00.00 (twenty million six hundred usd).
He plead to me to send some cash to activate the money as it has been dormant since 2003.
He send me copies of his togolese documents, death certificates etc.
