I got a phone call stating that I had won some money. They asked me to send a money order of $525.00 and then they would have federal express deliver it. So i did. It didn't show up, now they are asking for an additional $650.00 for insurance on it via another money order. I haven't sent another money order. They keep saying it's not a scam and that the $525.00 is not refundable, but that the $650.00 is refundable. How do i get my $525.00 back?
