Hello My name is kenya vincent and i arrive aproximately around 530 to beach terrace motor the discrepency myself and family rented 5 rooms for a weekend stay friday thru monday. Checking out on monday the reflection on receipts states days occupied friday thru monday how ever the chArges reflects friday thru tuesday when i notice i imediately went to front desk to resolve the discrepency along with complaining my room was dirty the shower curtain moldie floors had debris mold is currently growing in the bathroom shower wall and on fixtures the refriderator and light fixture all dusty. It was totally obvious this room was not guest friendly. After speaking with front desk the receptionist directed to sherry flowley for the the next morning however i needed results imediately tBeach terrace would. Not refund any of my money also during the complaint house keeping at 1am was. Cleaning and mopping my totally unexceptable. Who was instructed marie davis. Marie davis who was unknown on friday was. Nasty and refuse to resolve the 1 day over charge and insisted i speak with the manager sherry flowley well when speaking to sherry in morning on the issue she directed to. Book keeper who infact was marie davis she still refuse to satisfy the request and also she walk away from myself and mrs bradford as if as customer was not talking Any longer. This was the worst experience my family spent around 3800.00 for this weekend and we just want to be fairly treated ot to spend 150.00 per room. Please help this botel does not practice good service
