In I needed to buy a car from the USA and a colleague of mine contacted him for it.
He sent us auto fliers adverisemnts as though, the cars were already available.in the flier he showed different brand of car available with their cost, tax and shipping cost.
After that I selected a particular car brand and sent in the cost of the car plus the tax amount and the cost of shipment. All these amounted to 13500 dollars since today, it is one story or the other. It has gotten to a level when I have told him that I am no longer interested, as such he should return my money back to me yet he is still telling stories.
Please If there is a way you people can help me recover my money that will be fine by me, am also ready to go to court with him if possible. Please help me follow him up.
