Eye sore in the neigborhood!

Bought a money order for 40.00 on 3-17! Took the money order back to cash it along with stub from back of money order and the receipt! Was told that they couldn't cash it because the last name on it was not mine but all my proof showed it was mine! They did not cash it!!
