While dining at Pappasitos on Kirby and Richmond, our car was broken into. The back window was smashed and our luggage stolen. Both police and employee told us that this is not the first incident of this kind. The manager said, "Houston is a big city and these things happen". If they know this is happening on their premises why do they not have security??? This happened at 7 pm. It is definitely not safe there!
