I purchased a copy of Vue Scan scanning software online. It did not
work and my protesting e-mails were taken as a joke by the owner
who kept telling me to reverse the last two serial numbers. Finally, I had enough and confronted his tactics by saying I would go to my credit card company and try to re coop my loses. He flippantly said to proceed. So I did.
