Pretty much the same as everyone else. Made an inquiry, decided I didnt want it, then cash taken from my account. Contacted them, they said not a problem refund would be arranged, 4 weeks later, nothing, contacted them again, told refund had been authorised, but there was a back log in that department, give it a few week, still nothing. Mailed constantly, no reply.
