Date Finders Singles aka Blazen Communications ripoff took my phone & and charged my account for a call I DIDN'T make, now won't send me a refund

I received my phone bill and had a 60.00 dollar item on it and called it and found it was a dating service and said I had made the call at 11 something at night I'm 60 plus and in bed at that time of night I wrote and told them I wanted a refund and was told they would credit my phone bill and here it is almost 2 years later and I still haven't received a refund even after I had to send them my phone number which I was very reluctant to do and finally I ask them for another 500 dollars for all my trouble and still no answer so I decided they need to be added to a ripoff list so here I am.

I also think they have or are using a lawyer to help them with thier ripoffs.
