The VEINBERGS (ROBERTO VEINBERG AND NICOLAS VEINBERG, father & Son) operate as agents representing artists. Between August 2 and October 10 we, The Ritz Theatre and performing Arts Center in Elizabeth, NJ, paid these individuals $25,000 that were intended to be used as down payment in the booking of MOCEDADES and PIMPINELLA. This concert was scheduled for November 19. We just learned that the VEINBERGS, never submitted the funds to the performers, causing the performerS to cancel the show. We later learned thet these two individuals never contacted the artists for the show at the Ritz.in essence, they grabbed our deposits for their own personal use. We called NICOLAS VEINBERG and ROBERTO VEINBERG (father and son), they gave us the run around, were very evasive and now they don't answer our calls or E Mails. They claim that they spent the monies and that they are broke. They live a lavish live trying to appear to be wealthy and rich. Yet Roberto veinberg claims that he cant return the funds because they spent them. They operate out of California. (Personal Info Removed). At the time of this SCAM their phone number was (Personal Info Removed). They think that because they are in California and promoters who buy concerts are from other States, they will not be pursued. This matter was reported to the authorities.
