Worst Repairs Company Eve

Flaked on my appt after calling to confirm, and lied about it to Maytag, saying I had no message machine. I fired them, and had Maytag get me another company, and now I'm waiting for A&E to pick up their parts... For 10 days. If they don't get them tomorrow, I'm throwing them in the trash.

I sure hope the new company is better.
