I paid 400 dollars for this company to refinance my car payment. And once they receive my money, I was unable to reach them by phone. One of the reps told me to contact my counselor by email because she responds quicker then calling her. They stated they were in process of moving and the counselor was saying that she was working from home and calling me on her personal cell phone. I email them a letter requesting my money back and they are not responding to me. All there telephone numbers when you call and no one answer phones.
