Jan 3rd I went in and put a daybed in lay-a-way at Mattress Sale located on 2127 34th and Slide Lubbock Tx 79407 ph: 806-785-8950. Spoke to a sales representative name Angela there, she was the one that explained to me how the lay-a-way worked, she told me once the lay-a-way was paid off it will be ordered and it will take three days to a week, NEVER told me it will be delayed. So I went ahead and went with the lay-a-way. That day I pd $100 on a Visa card and received a receipt stating the $100 were pd and the balance of the lay-a-way. The 19th of Jan I went and pd $60, also received a receipt on how much I pd. And what the balance due was. On the 15th of Feb., I went in and decided I will pay off the amount of $565.27 because I received my taxes and decided I will use it because my girls need the bed because they are sleeping on the floor. Well I also receive a payoff amount receipt and Robert was the one that took the pymt and gave me the receipt and told me "We will be giving you a call in three days to a week, so we can let you know your bed is in.'" So I told him Ok. A week later {21st of Feb., @11:00A.M.} I receive a phone call from Angela telling me that the bed would not come in, in about 12 weeks. Well I told her that I would have to go in and look for another one because I really needed it sooner than that so I went on my lunch break aroung 12:30P.M. That day and pick another one way cheaper than the first one I had picked. Well that one was going to be till the end of April, so I went ahead and left because my lunch break was over. This same day I called and asked to speak to Angela and asked her if I could just go ahead and get my money back because things weren't going the way she said, because every bed I picked it was longer than said, she told me that "sales are final." So I told her, how if I have not received anything from them?
