I was really pleased to get a home cleaning dela by 2G clenaing services (Mancheester UK branch). However, it was really painful to get a n appointment to actually use the voucher. I ended up having a very blunt conversation with the owner when I rang him on his mobile. He assured me that he would getback to me and he did and teh apointment was confirmed on email. I wanted to make absolutely sure they had the address and time etc right on their books so called theri offices again and was told (twice) that someone would ring back. No one did. So i was ;eft crossing my fingers and hoping for the best for the day of the appointment. No one turned up. I wrote an email to the owner and then rang his mobile to find out why no one had shown up. His mobile was directed to the office, he was unavailable, and no one there had access to the diray to even let me know my appointment existed. Needless to say, I am less than pleased. The whole expereince from start to finish has been painful and disappointing.
