False charges on the At&t phone bill

Discovered clear choice have been billing me for a long time thru At&t and asa I pay the bill direct thru my bankl I have opn;ly just found out. AT&T say they were given permission by Cleach Choice on my behalf which is absolutely false and I cannot get degtails from them
