I just found out that they are charging me $9.95 since July for services I never signed for! Since I do not receive stamtements from them (paperless) so it was easy for them to scam me. They told me that they are only authorized to give me 12 momths' credit. The balance i have to submit a faxt requesting revision of my account. THIS IS SO WRONG!!!
I lot more people have no clue either, otherwise more complaints would be reported in this site.
