I sent him a Galaxy S phone, back on Dec. 27th 2012 thru Fed Ex. I have all the paperwork and his address too. Also, I filed a report with the FBI. He had the phone 7-10 days before I knew he was scamming me / he racked up over $3500 to my Verizon bill. Just found this out a few days ago. Verizon wants there money, will not reduce my bill, nothing! I need a phone, they will shut my sercive off too. I don't have a land line and I need a phone for emergencies. I am a type 2 diabetic. I met this Mark Bills on Match.com claimed to be a Capt.in the US Army. I did report him to a military scam site as well.
