The company issued a letter of guarantee to transfer the loan after payment of closing cost within a time frame of 12-24 hours.

The CEO has made the guarantee and if found acting contrary outside the terms of this contract we have the right to sue him to any court anywhere.

We never received the fund and the only message we received on 02/5 is "Please bear with me, didn't want to reply you when i haven't fixed things up. Just be a little bit patient, am working on it."
