Received an email yesterday stating a purchase was processed for 49.95 USD. This was my first email from this company. On checking my record I find that the same amount was processed through VISA for several months, but was never notified of these charges before. I called the listed 1- 800 number to inquire about this charge.
I was asked for my personal information before they would answer, this I refused. I was then told that I had signed on for the cost of one dollar several month ago. I told them I would further investigate this matter.
Less than one hour later I received an email stating that my cancellation request was canceled.in the same email they offer a free service to forward my resume to hundreds of potential employers. Just what I need at my age of 73 years.
