Ripoff

In all good faith I bid on (and won) an auction in January from an individual out there claiming to have 8 dishes I was collecting. The total (including shipping) was $34.94. Not a hefty amount, but money that was earned by ME and spent in thinking I was getting something for it.

This person goes by the name of ACLASSINC@aol.com and also Iluvbasket@aol.com. I have emailed both of these names over and over again. One name (ACLASSINC) just deletes all my emails without opening them, and the other (Iluvbasket) never reads them and/or never answers any of them. I caught them on-line just this morning and IM'd them and they immediately went off-line once they saw my instant message.

I have reported this person (who is named Natalie Ann Birmingham) to AOL and also PayPal and also my credit card company. Now I am reporting her in this complaint. I have notified her (or him... Or whatever IT is out there thats doing this) of all these bad reports against them... So they cannot say that I did not tell them that this was going to happen to them.

I have conducted over 500 Ebay transactions... Both selling and buying... And this is the first time I have been ripped off. So, again... Its not the money I spent with them, its the sheer fact that I did get ripped off and its making me furious. I did notice (unfortunately) after the fact that they had loads of negative feedback on them already on EBAY.

I made the mistake - and its my fault - for not checking this particular persons feedback. I usually always do, and find it very valuable to do so. The one friggin time I don't do it... I find the lowlife!

Be very aware of this name... Natalie Ann Birmingham... The name "Wayne" associated with it... (their Ebay sellers name, before they either got kicked off for too many negative feedbacks or before they quit) was WAYNEB1920. Be aware of ACLASSINC@aol.com and Iluvbasket@aol.com as well. These people have had plenty of time to mail me 8 lousy dinner plates (payment was January 21st by PayPal and today is February 11th and NOTHING... No package, no emails NOTHING)
