(E-bay) Ben's Diecast (Ben Roskaz) took my money, refused to deliver product, and won't communicate with me. He's still trying to sell the car I bought to other people! Rip-off!
On April 10 I bid on E-Bay from Ben's Diecast and won a retro Nascar. I paid with pay-pal, so payment to Mr. Roskaz was immediate. Mr. Roskaz said shipment would be in 30 days.
