Janice McCarty, Crystal, Edna all from the FL branch promised to lower my mortgage. I paid them over $1,000 but mortgage company agreed to six months then reevaluate. Rates still over 9%. Fidelity Failed to follow up on their promise
Fidelity Corp called after I replied on the Internet with regard to Loan Modification due to Hardship and the mortgage company refused to respond.
