Adopted a dog from Moka's Dog Rescue and 3 weeks later she had a liter of puppies, we were unaware she was pregnant. Jim is now refusing to give us her shot records & refusing to spay her, even though that's what the adoption fee includes. Very rude and unprofessional, doesn't mind cussing you ...
