I have just received bill for an 8 minute local collect phone call for $60.86. The distance of the call was 20 miles. At that rate I could have taken a taxi, and it would have cost less. Really I am upset at VERIZON for forwarding this charge on there bill to me. This company is a known SCAMMER. ...
